The summer of 2017 was dedicated to working on a series of sculptures, installations, and paintings inspired by images, incidents, and adventures from my childhood in Kolkata, India.
Inspiration
In the spring of 2017, I often found myself trying to relive memories from my life back in India through imagery as a way to cope with my homesickness and nostalgia. This eventually gave me the idea to work on a creative project fueled by these images and stories.
